Refund and Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only applicable if the book products have been delivered damaged. We do not offer returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with design, or any other reason unrelated to product damage.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@byble.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with design
  • Books that are not damaged upon delivery
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If your book product was delivered damaged, we will provide a replacement once the damaged item has been returned and inspected.


Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges for damaged products are permitted.

If your item arrives damaged, please follow the return process to receive a replacement product.
