Welcome to Byble Co! Please read the following pre-order and order terms and conditions carefully before placing a pre-order or order. By placing a pre-order or order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT: These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on byble.com, including both pre-orders and regular orders. The terms "pre-order" and "order" are used interchangeably throughout this document and refer to any purchase transaction on our website. No distinction is made between pre-orders and orders for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Order and Order Eligibility

2. Pre-Order and Order Payment

2.1 When you place a pre-order or order, you will be required to provide payment information. Payment will be charged in full at the time the pre-order or order is placed.

2.2 We accept all payment methods available on Shopify.

3. Pre-Order and Order Availability and Shipping

3.1 Pre-ordered Byble Books are expected to be available for shipping within 12 weeks. However, please note that this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. Events outside our control may affect the shipping date.

When items are produced, orders will be shipped to you, subject to availability. For some areas delivery will take longer.

Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

3.2 Normal shipping practices will apply to pre-ordered and regularly ordered items.

3.3 We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for extra shipping costs outside the US.

4. Customer Communication

4.1 We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order or order via email, SMS, and our social channels.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 We only accept returns if the product is delivered damaged.

6.2 If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@byble.co within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return and replacement.
